We’ve recently heard that Facebook has overtaken Google and now exceeds more visits to your page. However, from a business owner perspective, the problem is what is the best place to invest your advertising budget to acquire new customers.
Both platforms are PPC, which means you only get paid when someone clicks on our ad. But among them are different to what we should take a look at each and see which is the best choice for our business.
Advertise on Facebook:
The biggest benefit to advertise here is to be specific, to do so in the niche that really we are interested. Facebook has a lot of personal information from its users, making it ideal for gender orientation, age, tastes, interests and more platform. For example, if we sell ladies shoes, we can make ads that are displayed only to girls between 21 and 45 years old. You can also talk more specifically about your likes and interests. This is an advantage that can not be matched by Google as they do not have these benefits so accurately.
Advertise on Google:
While Google does not have specific information about its users, remains the most powerful source of advertising for many phone owners. The big advantage it has over Facebook is that users of the social network are not trying to find that advertising, but simply have put them there so you do not need any cover. With Google, users are really putting specific words meet an immediate need, and there appear to have the great search engine listings. For example, if you type “Gucci Shoes” means certainly be interested to advertising on “Gucci.
But which is better? We can find many different opinions of people who have had great success on Google, while others have been on Facebook, so there is no standard answer. What we can know each other is that on Facebook, people are looking to socialize with peers and not meet an immediate need and Google as their search engine. Ideally advertise on Google and let Facebook be the second option or better yet, the perfect complement, and all those companies who wish to advertise somewhere, must first prove these two Internet giants before seeking other sources of advertising line.
