Platforms that provide audio, video and other content transmission services through the Internet, without own broadband infrastructure or control by telecommunications operators. The service provider receives the content from a third party (in IP packets) and sends it on demand to the end user who can dispose of the service in question (voice, messaging, audiovisual) and view it through a device with an Internet connection (tablet, mobile phone, Smart TV …). These services range from the diffusion of audiovisual content – like Netflix or Amazon Prime, to cloud computing -Dropbox or Box-, through communications-Skype voice over IP calls or messaging
