What is Discrepancy?

Difference or inconsistencies in number while measuring the data is called discrepancy and when the difference in numbers is in a ad campaign due to two different ad servers, it is called as ad discrepancy. The discrepancy occurs due to two different ad servers, where a publisher uses a different server whereas advertiser uses a different server whose technology or time might differ plus also due to lag in recording the numbers.
