    1. Hi Tejash,

      Sorry about the delay.
To differentiate between both, there is only one major difference i.e. Spotlight tags were image tag as default where as Floodlight tags are generally iframe.
Floodlight is just an advanced version of Spotlight. Now in DCM(DFA) there is no spotlight tag option but only Floodlight.

You can check this link to know in more detail about the change:http://doubleclickadvertisers.blogspot.in/2011/03/simplifying-conversion-tracking-in-dfa.html

  1. Are you sure ? that we cannot use floodlight tags to create audience list.
As far as I know, we can use them.
It’d be great if you could share some insight.

    1. Hi Krish,

Floodlight is more to do with digital campaigns and not page analytics. Floodlight helps you to track each and every action after the user visits to the landing page plus gives the complete path to conversion. There are multiple example which can differentiate between analytics and floodlight

    1. Hi Anil,

You can but that is something which Doubleclick does not allow, there are different ways that you can play on. But officially it is only click based remarketing, so let’s stick with click based.
