An advertiser is the one who wants to promote it’s business or basically who wants to do marketing of its brand. Example: A Nissan car ad on yahoo.com – Here Nissan is an advertiser and Yahoo a publisher.
An advertiser generally provides ads to agency to show on publisher’s website.
